Maple Cream is 100% maple syrup. The name is deceiving as there are no dairy components to this product. The syrup is just heated to a higher temperature, goes thru a cooling process and is then whipped. Maple Cream lasts for months in the refrigerator after being opened. It is naturally fat free, and reasonably low in calories.  It is a very sweet thick spread used on toast, english muffins, bagels or straight out of the jar!  Delish.
